My Story

When I created Babalu, it came straight from my heart and from years of joyful work with young children. During my time as a preschool music teacher, I saw how strong the desire was — from both children and parents — for creative, meaningful ways to engage with music at home. Many families asked me how they could nurture their children's creativity without expensive instruments or complicated lessons.

I grew up with the privilege of a rich musical education — piano, drums, and much more — and it became the foundation of a life full of joy, wonder, and meaning. I am deeply grateful for what my parents invested, and now, I want to give back: to offer every child, regardless of circumstance, an easy and affordable path to musical discovery.

With Babalu, I combine over a decade of experience teaching international preschoolers, composing music and operas for major festivals and theaters, and creating imaginative learning environments. My belief is simple:

Music opens doors far beyond melodies — it strengthens language, social bonds, emotional growth, and critical thinking.

My mission is to create moments of pure joy and wonder — so that children can learn and grow without even noticing, simply through the magic of play.
